July is Here with it begins the 3rd Quarter. July 4th is tomorrow and with it no real major gift holidays in the near future.
Some say July is the worst month for E-Commerce as most people are usually more focused on vacation, summer camps or other activities. However, this year is not every other year.
People are not going on vacation, or if they are they are just going close and avoiding crowded ares which means right now their spending patterns are changing. Typically by now we are focusing on selling back to school products but there is so much uncertainty of whether schools are opening or not. So parents does not have back to school right now on the top of their heads. My wife is a teacher and she has no idea if they are going back to work.

So what is it we are supposed to do? This is why there is a saying that during the times of crisis is when most millionaires are made. Right now you need to find the solutions for your customers, how are you going to make their lives better and simpler? what can you offer them than nobody else is offering.

Right now the market is full of 2 types of customers: 1. Afraid People and 2. Bored people.

  1. Afraid people will buy anything they thing is necessary to protect themselves.
  2. Bored people, will buy anything that makes them laugh or get distracted.

There are Print on Demand products to satisfy both needs.  There are Plenty of PoD Distributors offering Face Masks like CustomCat or The Printful

If you have a 3D Printer you could be generating POD Mask Holders, they are selling really well on Etsy.

Selling Products that bring the humor out of the current situation is the way to go.  Example the image on the left,  how many people graduated this year without a ceremony.  Products like this would have been a great graduation present.

Print on Demand is like the Hallmark cards of the the 21st century.  For a couple of bucks you can have the gift and the card in a simple product that can be worn.

It doesn’t Matter if it is July or December,  you should find consistency in your sales. Learn your market, understand your customers and you will always have something to sell to them.  Shirts and mugs are not the only Print on Demand. Many sellers fail because they keep offering the same products.  Failing to offer what the market needs is a formula to failure.

This July is different and if you are not making money right now is because you didn’t want to. The market is full of buyers. It is time you go find yourself some.

Remember, we are here to help you succeed on your Print on Demand Journey.  If you are not ready to take one of our courses you can always join our Free Facebook Community.
