I once had what some would consider a dream job, making 6 figure salary plus benefits, three weeks paid vacation, a lovely home, a gorgeous wife, and three exceptional children. Some would say I had it all. 

However, I was miserable. I hated working 9-5 plus 2 hours of a daily commute, never sharing a meal with my family, and missing all their events. I didn’t get to enjoy life. Work was consuming me. I am an expert in some areas of my business and a total dummy on others. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. The Secret is to learn and accept what you can and what you can’t do and let others do what adds more value to your business or what you don’t need to learn and become an expert on the things that matter. 

What was the difference between failure and success? It took me a while to figure it out, but every time I found success, it was because I had someone by my side to show me how I needed to do things, and those times when I failed, I kept trying to re-invent the wheel when all I needed to do was accept I needed help.
